Terms & Conditions:        

One half payment upon returning the lease. One half two months before rental date.
$200.00 deposit for damage and cleaning for 1st time renters. Bring: sheets (2 double beds & 4 single beds), pillow cases, and towels. Completely clean the House for the next tenant or make  arrangements with us, 1 month before your rental to have it cleaned for you.
